CNEMG COVID19 Call Center for Clinical Issues and CNEMG Incident Command

Phone number: 401-921-7401 The CNEMG COVID-19 call center for clinical issues/incident command will provide

the following services: o Internal resource to providers and staff. o General questions. o Providers may have a patient call this number to have them to talk to one

of the clinical staff for further clarification about next steps that are

clinically appropriate for that patient's care.

o Call this number to contact the CNEMG administrator of the day. o Home health visits: The Integra "acute care at home" team is expanding to

serve more patients of CNEMG practices during the COVID-19 crisis. The Integra team continues to partner with the professional ambulance community paramedicine program to provide acute care at home for older adults and those with chronic illnesses. The team will now see patients of CNEMG practices, of any payer, who need in person, at home evaluation. The Integra NP/PA/physician team will work with paramedics to provide traditional home visits or video visits staffed with the paramedic in the home. The Integra providers will respond to the paramedics upon arrival and handle triage and give any required orders or treatments ? the team can obtain labs, order acute medications such as IV fluids, steroids, nebulizers, and Lasix. The primary care team will get all information via Epic and will be notified of results of the evaluation and the patient will resume care with the primary care team after the acute intervention. If the patients are unstable and require transportation, the community paramedic team will immediately provide transportation and warm handoff to the team at Kent ED. Please contact Ana Tuya Fulton or Ruth Scott for any further information. o Behavioral health needs ? we have three LICSWs who are able to speak with patients, provider or staff who feel they would benefit from behavioral health services during this time.
