LoanToolbox welcomes Greg Frost as VP, New Product Development

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA -- LoanToolbox CEO Tim Braheem announced today that Greg Frost has joined forces with LoanToolbox as Vice President, New Product Development. Both Braheem and Frost are top producing Mortgage Originators who provide training seminars and products to others in their field, both nationwide and abroad. Braheem established LoanToolbox in 2002 as an online training center so that professionals working in the mortgage industry would have immediate access to all the strategies and techniques he has used over the years.

Braheem and Frost share high standards and common goals. They intend to teach loan officers everything they collectively know, and in doing so, set the standard as being the finest training resource for Loan Executives in the US, Australia and New Zealand. Braheem believes their combined efforts will enhance LTB’s horsepower overall and avail them to accomplish that objective.

“I couldn’t be more ecstatic about having Greg as a co-contributor to content for LoanToolbox,” Braheem reveals. “Greg and I are much alike in that we’re ham-and-egg Loan Officers. We focus on the things that are easy to implement, that is, the basic building blocks of what it takes to be a great Loan Officer. I think Greg brings a tremendous amount of obvious wisdom, experience and forward-thinking content to LoanToolbox.”

Frost is widely known as “The Roger Bannister of the Mortgage Industry,” in that he was the first professional in his field to reach multi-million dollar production numbers on a monthly basis. He is rated as one of the top ten producers nationwide. Frost and his team hold the lion’s share of their local marketplace in Albuquerque, NM, providing financing for one out of every 11 homes sold in that area. 75% of their business comes from home purchase financing.

Beginning in March 2004, LoanToolbox members will enjoy free access to five of Frost’s trademarked marketing systems, including:

• ACTion Marketing and Client Management Software – A point-and-click marketing system built on ACT!® contact management software.

• The Powerline Marketing System – A marketing system that uses Realtor listings to generate and qualify leads to feed back into the referral network.

• First Time Homebuyers Seminar Workbook – A comprehensive system designed to provide effective seminars to the First Time Homebuyer market.

• The Profitable Assistant Workbook – A turnkey system to hire and manage an assistant, co-authored by Bob Williamson.

• Here’s What I Say – A new series of 11 presentations geared to providing value to Realtor relations through monthly office presentations.

In addition, Frost will also host live conference call interviews, provide voice broadcast tips on time-sensitive issues, and continue to develop new products based on the changing needs of industry professionals. Members will have the ability to call in twice a month for personal coaching and discuss their immediate challenges.

“It is my observation that most Loan Officers are looking for a ‘magic pill’ as a key to success in this industry,” Frost observes. “Though there is no such ‘magic pill,’ I do believe there is a solution. That solution is LoanToolbox.”

As Vice President of New Product Development, Frost intends to continue to identify industry needs as he comes in contact with Loan Executives in the field through seminars and hands-on training, and construct viable solutions and turnkey systems to meet those needs.

LoanToolbox currently has over 2,500 members, with approximately 250 new members joining the community each month. The company’s projected goal for 2004 is to have between 4,500 and 5,000 members by the end of the year. LoanToolbox released its 2.0 version of the product in January, and the feedback on product improvements has all been positive.

“We were involved as a sponsor for the Million Dollar Brain Seminar that took place in Florida earlier this month, and 39 LoanToolbox members were there,” states LoanToolbox President, Richard Katz. “I was completely astonished by the sense of community that has been created through our efforts.”

LoanToolbox has truly established a fraternity of like-minded professionals, who openly share ideas and brainstorm on concepts through message board discussion groups. Members also have the ability to network loan programs, download scripts to improve their presentation skills, and study topics relevant to all facets of working in the mortgage industry.
