3.8.1 Paperback books to receive a laminate cover shall be bound with the original publisher's paper cover. The original paper cover shall be gently removed from the book in one piece. Double-fan adhesive binding shall be used for all volumes. Endpapers shall consist of one folded sheet attached at the same time as the leaves. ................
