 Print out the REGISTRATION TICKET or gift certificate you received when you signed up for the retreat, and bring it with you. This helps to speed up check in.

➢ Bedding: YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING or LINENS. We will be staying in the cabins, so bring a pillow and either a sleeping bag or sheets/blankets for your bed. All beds are twin sized beds with foam mattresses.

➢ Toiletries: Towel and soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc. (please plan to shower....Please!)

➢ Meals:

Friday-There is NO meal on Friday evening, plan to eat before you arrive at the camp.

Saturday- A great Breakfast and lunch and a super Barbeque Dinner will be provided

Sunday- Another great breakfast is provided.

➢ Snacks/beverages: Your choice of snacks and beverages for various free times. Coffee, Tea, and water will be provided, but you should be prepared to provide any other beverages you desire. (Adult beverages are permitted, but responsible drinking will be enforced).

➢ Golf: Golf clubs if you are going to golf, green fees and cart are included in your registration

➢ Disc Golf: Disc golf equipment, most guys will share if you are new to the sport

➢ Bible: (Not mandatory, but helpful)

➢ Gun Range: Bring your guns for Skeet, Trap, Sporting Clays, Long Rifle, Pistol ranges. If you want to shoot and don’t have a gun, there will be plenty there for you to borrow and try, but plan to bring some ammo or offering to pay for ammo to the fella lending you the gun it’s a nice thing to do. Common calibers are.22 LR, 9mm, .40 S&W, .45, and .380 for pistols, .223, .30-06, 7.62X39, and 5.56X45 for rifles and 12 gauge shells are most common for the shotgunners, with 20 gauge showing up a bit too.

➢ Ammo: (once again….no brainer)

➢ Eye and ear protection: (Gun Range mandatory if you want to shoot)

➢ Targets: Paper targets and tape/pins/staples for pistol and rifle ranges.

➢ Fishing Gear: “NEW THIS YEAR” . . . fishing tournament!

➢ Hiking/Jogging Shoes: if you would like to hike or jog. 

➢ Leisure Activities: Dominoes, Horseshoes, Washers, Cards, Games, Books for leisure time.

➢ Comfortable Lawn Chair: Evening outdoor cigar, story sharing, adult beverage tasting.

➢ MONEY FOR RAFFLE PRIZES!!: There are some Great Raffle Items again this.
