THE NEXT STEPS

Provisionally book your chosen festive event, pay a deposit of ?10.00 per person within 7 days of holding places (only one payment from each party will be accepted) A deposit of ?50.00 per person for our Elgar Suite Residential New Year's Package. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders, and submit meal pre-orders, four weeks prior to the event you are attending. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS

Celebrate the festive season in style with friends and colleagues at one of our Christmas Party Nights. Gather in the Elgar Bar if you wish to purchase drinks before sitting down at 8:00pm for a three-course meal, followed by a disco with our resident DJ until 1:00am. A choice menu is offered and choices should be submitted four weeks prior to your event.

STARTER

ROASTED PLUM TOMATO AND GARLIC SOUP (V) scented with basil oil.

CHICKEN LIVER AND CLEMENTINE P?T? served with a red onion and cranberry chutney, with French bread cro?tes.

MAIN COURSES

BREAST OF CHICKEN filled with leek and rosemary stuffing and a sage fondue style sauce.

SUPREME OF SALMON with asparagus, mushroom and a pink peppercorn cream sauce.

FLAT CAP MUSHROOM (V) filled with proven?ale style risotto, with basil and garlic glazed chesse and a pesto dressing.

DESSERT

FOREST BERRY CR?ME BRULEE served with shortbread biscuit.

TOFFEE AND PECAN CHEESECAKE with chocolate curls and toffee sauce.

SANTA SUNDAY LUNCH

Enjoy a traditional Sunday carvery lunch in the Britisserie Restaurant, with sittings available at 1:00pm, 1:30pm and 2:00pm. Santa will visit with a present for all of the good boys and girls, followed by a children's disco from 2:30pm until 5:00pm.

CREAM OF TOMATO & BASIL SOUP (V) served with pesto sauce.

Or help yourself to salads, seafood, p?t?s, terrines and continental meats, accompanied by a selection of oils, dressings and vinegars.

MAIN COURSES

ROAST TURKEY AND THE TRIMMINGS served with rosemary roasted potatoes, root vegetables, brussels sprouts and pan gravy.

GLAZED GAMMON served with an apricot and red wine jus.

FILLET OF POLLOCK IN PANCETTA served with black pudding, bubble and squeak and warm pea and tomato dressing.
