Before you create an account – Please click: Download Candidate Information Bulletin

and save it to an easy to remember place on your computer (i.e. your desktop)

You will find this bulletin on the top right hand side of the web page. It’s in an Adobe format

and has valuable information inside. More like a handbook (65 pages in its entirety) – there is

no need to print it. The majority of information inside, you will have already received when you are

in pre-licensing school. However, this is an excellent (and easy to navigate) reference if you wanted

to just double-check something during the process.

Below is a page breakdown of the Candidate Information Bulletin for your reference:

Pages 2 – 11: Cover the entire process from the beginning of the Licensing Process to

renewing your license, and continuing education. It also has some tips

for taking the examination by computer and explains the licensing fees

and renewal dates.

Pages 12 – 61: The “Examination Content” outlines for all licenses/authorities.

Your exam Series 10-51 Life Insurance Agent/Broker

is outlined on pages: 12, 13, & part of 14.

Pages 62 – 63: “Examination Registration” form (if registering by mail or fax)

Pages 64 – 65: “Special Arrangement Request form or Out-Of-State Testing Request”

In the event you are in need of special assistance or special arrangements to

take the exam, this is the form you would use this form to make the request.

Should you encounter any difficulty in the exam reservation or payment process please contact

PSI @ 1 (800) 733-9267 or send an e-mail to: Comments@
