There are three main sources for this finance – 80 % from the government, 8 % loan from the World Bank and 6 % to 11 % from contributions from donor agencies. In 1981 the country invested $0.22 for every $100 of AgGDP. In 2000, this grew to $0.43 (Figure 5).
