STUDENT CHECKLIST

We are so excited to welcome you to USF! We know you are eager to take your next steps to becoming a Bull, and you

probably have a lot of questions about how to reserve your seat at Orientation, apply for housing, submit important

documents, pay fees and more. We¡¯ve made it easy to complete all these important tasks with two platforms available

for your use: The Admission Checklist and myBullsPath, USF¡¯s new student on-boarding portal.

Domestic Students

STEP 1: REVIEW YOUR ADMISSION CHECKLIST

STEP 3: COMPLETE ORIENTATION

To stay on track, be sure to complete these critical tasks. Use your NetID to login

to your Admission Checklist to view a personalized list of initial steps you need

to complete.

Your Orientation is an introduction to life as a USF Bull. You will have an

opportunity to meet your peers, learn about the USF community and receive tips

on reaching your academic goals and finding support. During orientation, you will

learn about academic program requirements from your academic college/academic

advising department and upon completing Orientation, you will be able to register

for courses and/or adjust course schedules.

In the Admission Checklist, you will be able to and should complete the

following tasks.

1. Activate your NetID (if you have not already completed this task)

2. Activate your USF email address ¨C this is where official communications from

USF will be sent

3. Verify your contact information

4. Confirm your residency status

5. Explore scholarships

6. Pay your admissions deposit (First Year students only)

STEP 4: PREPARE TO START CLASSES

After attending Orientation, it¡¯s time to prepare for the start of your collegiate

experience! Use your NetID to login to myBullsPath to view details on how to

complete these steps prior to the first day of class.

1. Complete the required Life Skills modules (availability of modules subject to

change)

2. View your course schedule (once you¡¯ve met with your academic program)

STEP 2: LOGIN TO MYBULLSPATH

3. Review and pay your tuition, fees and charges.

Once you¡¯ve personally committed to USF we encourage you to move on to the next

phase of your journey. Use your NetID to login to myBullsPath to view a personalized

list of steps you need to complete in order to enroll at USF. Learn more about

myBullsPath, including instructions and FAQs.

4. Complete any unsatisfied requirements and accept financial aid awards

IN MYBULLSPATH, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

1. Find instructions for completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid

(FAFSA) and explore scholarships

2. Submit required immunization records and medical history

5. Subscribe to eDeposit

6. Connect to campus

a. Download USF apps: MyUSF Mobile app & Student/Family Guide within the

Go Bulls Guides app

b. Explore the Week of Welcome and semester event schedule

7. Familiarize yourself with:

3. Submit final transcripts, test scores, and exam credits

a. CANVAS and review your course syllabi

4. Reserve your seat at Orientation

b. USF important dates

5. Apply for housing and select your on-campus room

c. USF¡¯s Bill Due Date schedule

6. Apply for a meal plan (If living on campus)

d. Campus move-in process

7. Learn how to utilize your VA educational benefits

e. Key USF policies, including the Code of Conduct

8. Purchase a USFID card

8. Purchase your course supplies and textbooks

9. Apply for accommodations for which you are eligible

10. Purchase your parking permit (If you plan to have a car on campus)
