Angie's Hot & Flashy Skincare Routine ? WINTER 2021 - Printable Guide

AM:

1. Red Light Mask: Wear EcoFace Mask 3-4X a week for 20 min. while still in bed

2. Wash Face: Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gentle Cleansing Lotion (Fragrance Free): Warm water & hands, if you use NuFace next leave face wet, otherwise, pat dry

3. NuFace Routine: 3-4X per week on alternating days with EcoFace Mask, apply Nuface Primer Gel and do NuFace routine. Rub gel in or rinse off.

4. Antioxidant Serum: Timeless 20% Vitamin CE Ferulic Acid Serum: Apply 7 drops to face (avoiding eyelids & lips), another 7 drops to neck (if tolerated), chest, backs of hands

5. Alpha Hydroxy Acid Serum: The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10% + 2% HA: Apply 5 drops to face (avoiding eyelids & lips), neck (if tolerated), chest & backs of hands

6. Peptide Serum: Timeless CoEnzyme Q10 Serum: Apply 10-15 drops to face (including eyelids & lips), neck, chest & backs of hands

7. Moisturizer: CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion: Apply 1 pump to face (including eyelids & lips), neck, chest & backs of hands

8. Neck Cream for Irritation: DermaE Eczema Relief Cream: Apply to neck.

9. Sunscreen: Elta MD UV Elements SPF 44: Apply 1/4 teaspoon for face + neck, more for chest & backs of hands. Wait 15-20 minutes before applying primer/makeup.

PM:

1. Remove Makeup: Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm: Massage a dime size amount into dry face, splash with water and rub water around face & eyes to emulsify. Wipe with damp Wonder Cloth.

2. Double Cleanse: Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gentle Cleansing Lotion (Fragrance Free): Massage 1 pump into damp face, scrub lightly with Tao Clean Aura Orbital Cleanser, splash with water to rinse, pat dry with soft towel.

3. Toner: Isntree Green Tea Toner: Apply small amount to face, neck & chest with fingertips (like an essence)

4. Prescription Retinoid: Retin-A, 0.1% Generic Tretinoin, OR Curology: Apply a pea-sized amount to face (avoiding eyelids & lips), use another pea-sized amount for chest & backs of hands (can be done right away if skin is acclimated to Tretinoin, if not, wait 15-20 minutes for skin to dry completely)

5. OTC Retinoid: Avene RetrinAl 0.1 Cream, OR Differin: Apply a small amount to neck only

6. Peptide Serum: Timeless Matrixyl Synthe 6 Serum: Apply to face (including eyelids & lips), neck, chest & backs of hands

7. Resveratrol Serum: Maelove The Hydrator: Apply 6-7 drops to face (including eyelids & lips), neck, chest & backs of hands

8. Night Moisturizer: Olay Regenerist Ultra Rich Moisturizer: Apply to face (including eyelids & lips), neck, chest & backs of hands

9. Occlusive Moisturizer (Optional): CeraVe Ceramide Boost Gel Oil: Apply where needed or all over (don't rub too much or it will pill).
