◇ Conditions for setting, revising or abolishing surcharge
NCA will file an application with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport when the price of Singapore kerosene constantly exceeds the benchmark fuel price for a certain period of time, set at 14 consecutive business days.
◇ Conditions for reduction or abolition of surcharge
- In case the price runs below USD120.00/bbl for 14 consecutive business days, the price will be reduced to \128, \109 and \91.
- In case the price runs below USD115.00/bbl for 14 consecutive business days, the price will be reduced to \121, \103 and \86.
- In case the price runs below USD110.00/bbl for 14 consecutive business days, the price will be reduced to \114, \97 and \81.
- In case the price runs below USD105.00/bbl for 14 consecutive business days, the price will be reduced to \107, \91 and \76.
- In case the price runs below USD100.00/bbl for 14 consecutive business days, the price will be reduced to \100, \85 and \71.
- In case the price runs below USD95.00/bbl for 14 consecutive business days, the price will be reduced to \93, \79 and \66.
- In case the price runs below USD90.00/bbl for 14 consecutive business days, the price will be reduced to \86, \73 and \61.
- In case the price runs below USD85.00/bbl for 14 consecutive business days, the price will be reduced to \79, \67 and \56.
- In case the price runs below USD80.00/bbl for 14 consecutive business days, the price will be reduced to \72, \61 and \51.
