ENTRY-LEVEL LAW ENFORCEMENT (LEE)

On January 3, 2022, The New Jersey Civil Service Commission issued examination announcements for Entry Level Law Enforcement (LEE) titles. The following LEE titles were announced:

Testing for the LEE began on June 11, 2022 and concluded on July 14, 2022. Examination results were issued on November 2, 2022. Additional information regarding the LEE can be found on our website at .

POLICE SERGEANT

February 2022 Administration

The previous administration for the title of Police Sergeant announced October 1, 2021. The examination was successfully administered on February 26, 2022. Examination results were issued in two groups. For those jurisdictions with expired, incomplete, or exhausted lists the examination results were issued on October 19, 2022. For all other jurisdictions, the examination results were issued on November 16, 2022 to coincide with the expiration of the current list. Information regarding the opportunity to schedule an answer sheet review was mailed to all candidates who took the 2022 Police Sergeant exam following the issuance of the second group of lists in November.
