Dear Governor Christie,

On January 8, 2016 I sent you an e-mail regarding my October 13, 2015 e-mail in which I received no reply.

On January 8, 2016 I learned from Melinda that my e-mail(s) was "not in the system."

I received correspondence, dated May 27, 2016, from the Attorney General's Office, Div. of Criminal Justice, quite to my surprise, since no one could find my correspondence to you.The brief statement in the AG's letter states that they responded to me in March, 2007 and their "response remains the same." To note, my pursuit for investigation remains the same. The obvious cover-up during the tenure of then Governor Jon Corzine is why I turned to you.

Had law enforcement in Bergen County and the State AG's Office upheld the law and conducted a full and fair investigation into my complaint, we would not be having this conversation today. However, this latest correspondence from the AG's Office reveals that nothing has changed for the good in the AG's Office.

Governor Christie, I want closure to my legitimate complaint. I am, once again, seeking your intervention and assistance in this most egregious matter...a travesty of justice.

I am attaching my reply to the AG's Office, with enclosures.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you.

ATTN: Melinda

Dear Governor Christie,

Upon confirming receipt of the below e-mail, I was advised by your aide, Melinda, that my correspondence must be addressed to you. Thus, I am re-sending my e-mail which was a follow up to my conversation with Melinda.

This is a follow up to our conversation this date, Friday, January 8, 2016 in reference to correspondence sent via e-mail to Governor Chris Christie on October 13, 2015.

In summary, I spoke with Governor Christie at the Dover NH forum on September 13, 2015 and presented him with his letter to me dated March 29, 2010. At the N.H. event, he spoke about our veterans and the need for enforcement of the law. My conversation with him included these issues.  Governor Christie said that he would help with my request for resolve of this matter and that I would hear from one of his people.

Having not heard from anyone of Governor Christie's people, I called the Governor's office on October 13, 2015, thus generating the October 13th e-mail, per the aide's demand that my concern must be in writing.

With still no response to date, I called the office and spoke with you today. You informed me that my e-mail "had been transferred to the Office of Consumer Affairs." This is not a consumer affairs issue, it is a criminal matter (which I believe is tied to "Bridgegate".)

You transferred me to the Office of Consumer Affairs and I spoke with Elena. She informed me that my e-mail "is not in the system." Where is the e-mail? Isn't the "loss" of e-mails an issue with "Bridgegate?"

I'm requesting that you bring this matter directly to Governor Christie. I look forward to a response, preferably from Governor Christie himself.

Thank you for your consideration and help with this most serious issue.
