CareerForce Staff and Partner Account DashboardOpen a recommended web browser* on your computer or mobile device.Apple SafariGoogle ChromeMicrosoft EdgeMozilla FirefoxEnter in the browser address (URL) bar.From the top menu, click the “Log in” link.Enter your username in the “Username” field. If you forgot your username, click the “Forgot Username” link and follow the instructions.Enter your password in the “Password” field. Click “Select.”My FavoritesYour account dashboard shows any pages that you have added to your favorites.To add a page to your favorites, log into your account.When you find a page that you want to add to your favorites, find the “Add to favorites” link, usually after the page title banner and near the social media links. Click “Add to favorites” and the link will change to “Remove from favorites.”Scroll up to top menu and click the “My account” link.In the “My Favorites” section, the link to the page will appear under the Title column.If you want to remove the link from the “My Favorites” section, click the “Remove from favorites” link and the link will disappear if you refresh the page.My ConnectionsA CareerForce Connection is a message that is sent and tracked within from you to a CareerForce location or partner.To create a CareerForce Connection, log into your .From the top menu, click “Find a CareerForce Location” or from the bottom menu, click “Meet Our Partners.”In the “From” box, enter a city or zip code.In the “Less Than” box, click the drop down menu to select a mileage radius.Click “Apply.”From the list of search results, click the “Learn More” link in the desired CareerForce location or partner box.From the contact information area, click the “Connect With Us” button.In the pop-up box, enter your message in the “Notes” area. Include your contact information and preferred contact method.Click “Save.”A “Connection created” message will be displayed. Click the X to close the pop-up box. Scroll up to top menu and click the “My account” link.In the “My Connections” section, the connection information will display your username, organization that you contacted, status, date and time created and Action.If you change your mind and want to delete the connection, click the drop-down menu under “Actions” and select “Delete.”Click “Delete” to confirm deletion of the connection. A CareerForce Connection is a message that is sent and tracked within To create a CareerForce connection on behalf of a customer, log into your account.From the “My Sent Connections” section, click on “Create CareerForce connection.”Click on the “Organization” drop-down menu and select the CareerForce location or partner organization that you want to send a connection to.If the organization has a listed service, you could click the “Service” drop-down menu and select a service.In the “Owner” field, enter the username of the customer you are creating a connection for. As you start to enter the username, matching usernames will display. Select the desired username.Leave the “Status” drop-down menu as “Open” since this is a new connection.In the “Notes” field, enter a detailed description of the question or request the customer has. Include the customer’s contact information and preferred method of contact.Click “Save.”You will be taken back to your account dashboard, where a “Connection has been successfully created” message will display.My GroupsMy Groups are CareerForce locations or partner organizations that you are a member of. To be added to a group, you must create your account and notify your group manager of your username. Your group manager will add you as a member to the group. Once you are added to the group, the link to the group will display under “My Groups.” ................
