We welcome submissions of non-fiction book proposals in areas suited to the needs of today’s business professional, including: Business Skills, such as presentations and business writing; Careers; Coaching and Consulting; Communications; Economics, Finance, and Investing; Entrepreneurship and Small Business; Leadership and Management; Marketing and Sales; Process Management and Six Sigma.

Proposal submission guidelines:

We recommend that you first browse our Business titles on to get a sense of whether your project is suitable for our list. We request you format your proposal to Microsoft Word 12 point Times Roman type and include the following components:

• Concise summary of the book’s unique positioning in the marketplace and overall Vision

• Explanation of market need for the book: statistics, demographics

• Definition of who is the customer (reader)

• Author biography, credentials, academic affiliations, and media platform, including all social media (followers on Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

• Sales opportunities: speaking engagements and events, potential corporate and organizational sales, global outreach

• Possible contributors for endorsements and foreword

• Proposed specifications: word count, art (tables, graphs, charts, illustrations), proposed manuscript completion date, special interior features

• Competitive analysis: title, author, publisher, year published, price, brief statement of why your book is better

• Table of Contents

• Sample chapter (or more, if available)
