Gratis Non-Profit tier matches our policy of: "If your organization does not charge for its products, then neither will Look 2 Consulting charge for its software." Example: a Food Pantry, which distributes its food for free, gets licenses for our software for free!

Some agencies feel comfortable getting started on their own, while others prefer some help implementing the software. If you desire additional support during the process, consider the optional services listed below (offered to non-profits at greatly reduced fees). See the appropriate column based on your type of organization.

Item 1 ? Look2 Registration Software 1A: Software - Initial License (additional licenses: 50% off column price; free for Gratis Non-Profits) 1B: Software Install, Various PC Settings (per PC, can be done remotely via Zoom)

(assumes you have MS Office with Access; does not include "archive/backup" setup)

1C: One Time Customization Fee (Q&A's, Options, Cities/Zips, Logo, optional ID/Barcode Setup)

Item 2 ? Look2 Volunteer Software 2A: Software - Initial License (additional licenses: 50% off column price; free for Gratis Non-Profits) 2B: Software Install, Various PC Settings (per PC, can be done remotely via Zoom)

2C: One Time Customization Fee (Q&A's, Tasks, Options, Cities/Zips, Logo)

Item 3 - Look2 Inventory Software 3A: Software - Initial License (additional licenses: 50% off column price; free for Gratis Non-Profits) 3B: Software Install, Various PC Settings (per PC, can be done remotely via Zoom)

(assumes you have MS Office with Access; does not include "archive/backup" setup)

3C: Scale Connection/Configuration: for "Tested" Scale Model (see Manual for list) Non-Approved Scale: Research / Configuration / Testing

(if you have a scale whose model is NOT listed as tested/approved for use)

3D: One Time Customization Fee (Carts, Sources, Logo, Commodities, MealConnect, Options)

Item 4 ? Training, Travel, Support, Updates 4A: Access to on-line training videos and manuals 4B: Up to 1 hour of Pre-Installation Support (questions on configuration, IT items, etc.) 4C: Up to Two (2) Additional Hours of Phone Support (after Install) 4D: Updates (per License): Versions are numbered X.Y.Z. Update Z only Update to newer Y Upgrade to newer X 4E: Yearly Maintenance Fee (per Software title; update notification for X and Y updates, install help) 4F: Training: Remotely via Zoom, or On-Site ? (per Software title, includes Admin training)

4G: On-Site Travel: $0.58/mile + $50/hour driving. (> 150 miles, contact Look2Consulting)
