General. Whereas the Company has the desire to sponsor NEPA SHRM Event.
Level of Sponsorship (Please Select)
Event Sponsorship – Logo Promotion $100
Logo will appear on event flyer as a sponsor.
Event Sponsorship – Breakfast Program (or similar) $250
Logo will appear on event flyer, an advertising table will be provided at the event, the opportunity to speak to the audience for up to 5 minutes, and one ticket to the event.
Event Sponsorship – All Day Program $500
Logo will appear on event flyer, an advertising table will be provided at the event, the opportunity to speak to the audience for up to 5 minutes, a separate “reminder” announcement to the audience, and one ticket to the event.
Payment. Credit Card or Check will be accepted. Payment must be received more than 30 days before the Event Date and with the signature of this Agreement or the benefits to Sponsorship may be unable to be honored. Checks should be made payable to NEPA SHRM and mailed to P.O. Box 1312, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18703.
Limitation of Sponsorship. Sponsor hereby grants NEPA SHRM a limited, non-exclusive license to use Sponsor’s trade names, trademarks, service marks and other Proprietary Information owned by the Sponsor. NEPA SHRM agrees that the Proprietary Information will be used only in connection with the Sponsored Event.
Sponsor Understandings. Sponsor understands no portion of the sponsorship payment are subject to be refunded for any reason. Sponsor is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to the Sponsorship. The selection of Sponsors is at the sole discretion of NEPA SHRM; and priority will be given to the event speaker should they wish to sponsor. More than one Sponsor may be selected for an Event. NEPA SHRM reserves the right to refuse any Sponsor.
Termination. NEPA SHRM may terminate this Agreement on 30 days written notice. In the event of termination for any reason other than failure to provide payment or services, NEPA SHRM may substitute an event with equivalent benefits with the approval of the Sponsor or shall refund any Payment received from Sponsor. Sponsor shall not terminate this Agreement without the approval of NEPA SHRM.
