FORMING now
A planning TEAM for WKC (Wynnton Kids Camp); please prayerfully consider helping in the planning of this important spiritual week in the lives of our children. The theme is My Maker and ME and is based around Psalm 139. It is certain to be a GREAT week. Please send me an email or call me if you are interested in being a part of this planning team. Being a new staff member at WUMC, I could surely use the help. pdavis@, 706-324-2424, 706-457-1143 (cell).

WELCOME RECEPTION
Please mark your calendars and plan to join us as we welcome our new pastor and his wife, Rich and Ruth Wright. There will be a reception on Sunday evening, June 26th, from 5:00-6:30. Finger food and punch will be provided by the Sunday School Classes.
MISSIONS
Our Mission’s Collection Station has been completed and is ready for use.
The collection center is located in the fellowship hall behind the serving lines.
Thank you to everyone who helped to make this project happen. The cabinetry
is beautiful, and will help us to stay organized as we serve others.
SOLES4SOULS
Remember to bring your gently worn shoes to church so someone else can make use of them. Just tie the laces together or rubber band them and place them in our Mission’s Collection Station located behind the serving lines. Your shoes may wind up blessing someone across the world - or right here in our own community.

"Dusty Bible" Campaign
Open Door Community House, our United Methodist outreach center in downtown Columbus, is in need of Bibles to share with clients. Please bring those extra Bibles you may have at home and place them in the designated donation box in the library. The Bibles may be well-worn and all translations are acceptable. This is an excellent opportunity to share the Word with those who are hungry for it. For more information contact Ginny Connelly at 706-322-3857.
