The Board President, Mr. Charles Orr, recommended the Board go into executive session for trade negotiations. Mr. Smalley made a motion to accept the recommendation and Mr. Calvin seconded the motion. The motion was approved by a unanimous vote.

APPROVE HALL-TAYLOR CONSTRUCTION AS THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR THE TUSCALOOSA COUNTY HIGH FOOTBALL FIELD IMPROVEMENTS

The Superintendent recommended the Board approve Hall-Taylor Construction as the Construction Manager for the Tuscaloosa County High Football field improvements. Mr. Calvin made a motion to accept the recommendation and Mr. Lake seconded the motion. The motion was approved by a unanimous vote.

ITEM IV. FINANCIALS

Mr. Danny Higdon, Chief School Financial Officer, presented the financials reconciled through April 30, 2021. The Superintendent recommended the Board approve the financials as presented. Mr. Smalley made a motion to accept the recommendation and Mr. Squires seconded the motion. The motion was approved by a unanimous vote.
