The role supports ongoing education by identifying the educational, and professional development needs of Health Workers; facilitating, delivering and evaluating clinical support and education programs for Health Workers; and assessing and reporting on the effectiveness, efficiency, quality and compliance of the clinical care provided by Health Workers.The position provides professional expertise to empower the team members in the delivery of highly complex clinical care in which the team engages with clients and the community.
