The provisional seniority list of Asst. Prof. of Super-specialties, is herewith enclosed. In continuation of the list previous issued vide reference 2nd cited and the Heads of the Institutions noted in the address entry hereby requested to make the lists communicated to each and every doctors working under their control and furnish the objections raised if any within 15 days.

They are further informed that final seniority lists will be communicated after 15.10.2011 by taking into consideration the objections received if any, hence they are hereby requested to take personal interests and to see that the lists of seniority is communicated to concerned doctors. The Head of Departments are further requested to look into the matter and furnish the names of Asst. Prof. of those who are working in Super ? specialty departments and whose names are not listed in the enclosed list exists if any so that they can be shown in the final list.
