1. Students are eligible for CONDITIONAL alternative license after completion of the first 3 courses: CIE 601, CIL 542, CIE 508. Conditional alternative license is valid for 3 years, non-renewable, and valid in Nevada only.

2. Apply for program completion in Grade Rebel Gateway (Plan of Study Forms 1 & 2) once in final semester of certificate coursework and schedule a meeting with advisor. Note: Need 3.0 GPA in the 12 credit certificate program. No more than one grade of less than B- will be permitted in the Certificate Program of Study.
