The Nevada State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners will conduct a board meeting on July 21, 2022, at 10:00 am. Pursuant to NRS 241.023(1)(c) the meeting is being conducted by means of remote

Please note: The Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners may address agenda items out of sequence to accommodate persons appearing before the Board or to aid the efficiency and effectiveness of the meeting;

The Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners may combine two or more agenda items for consideration;

The Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners may remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time.

Public comment is welcomed by the Board but will be heard only when that item on the agenda is reached and will be limited to five minutes per person. The President may allow additional time to a given speaker as time allows and at his sole discretion.

Prior to the commencement and conclusion of a contested case or a quasi-judicial proceeding that may affect the due process rights of an individual, the board may refuse to consider public comment. See NRS 233B.126. Please be aware that after the quasi-judicial board or commission had rendered a decision in the contested case and assuming this happens before adjournment, then the Board or commission may entertain public comment on the proceeding at that time.

The Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners may convene in closed session to consider the character, alleged misconduct, professional competence or physical or mental health of a person. (NRS 241.030)
