Q: How much is my quarterly allowance?

A: The dollar value of your quarterly allowance depends on your plan. Check your Cigna Evidence of Coverage to see your quarterly OTC allowance.

Q. When can I spend my quarterly allowance?

A: Your allowance goes into your account quarterly on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.

Q: How do I get my order?

A: The cost of your order must be less than or equal to the account balance for items to ship. OTC medications are only available for home delivery. Covered items are sent to you free of delivery charge. Please allow 5-7 business days for home delivery.
