Q. What can I use my $30 quarterly allowance toward?

A: You can use your allowance to help pay for medicine and health items such as aspirin, vitamins, dental care products, bandages and much more. See "OTC Medications and Health Products" on page 5.

Q: Can I use my $30 OTC allowance toward prescription drugs?

A:No. Your $30 quarterly allowance is for items that can be bought without a prescription.

Q.Can a family member use my $30 OTC allowance?

A:No. An OTC allowance can only be used by a Member. If two people in a house are Members, each will have their own OTC allowance.

Q: Does my allowance add up if I don't use it?

A:Yes. Unused funds will roll over each quarter beginning September 1, 2019 and ending on August 31, 2020.

Q: Can I use parts of my allowance to order at different times throughout a month?

A:No. You can use your $30 quarterly allowance to order items once a month.

Q: Can my total order be more than $30?

A:The total cost of your order should be equal to or less than your rollover allowance amount.

Q: How long will my order take?

A:Your order will take up to 7 to 10 business days to arrive. If you have any questions about your order, call 1-866-575-3744 (TTY: 7-1-1), Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central Time.

Q: Can I return my items?

A:No. Received items cannot be returned.
