For NEPA FEIS send a copy each to federal, state and local agencies, all affected local governments (counties, cities, towns and villages), persons that made substantive comments on DEIS, and those who requested a copy of the FEIS. For 100% state funded project SEQR FEIS no distribution of SEQR FEIS is required; it should be filed as described in 17 NYCRR 15.10 (e) with the SEQR Notice of Completion of FEIS Statement. It is recommended that the SEQR FEIS be distributed to local, state, and federal agencies that made substantive comments, and those who requested a copy.

2. If document is not available online, submit electronically on CD, DVD, or USB Flash Drive.
