Past Exam Papers User Guide__________________________________________________________________________________Accessing the new DSpace RepositoryThere is single repository holding three searchable collections of exam papers, for the UK, Malaysia and China. Click a link to access the respective collection for your campus. You will not be able to access papers for another campus. If you have not logged on before, or logged on and logged out, you be told that the collection is restricted and that you need to logon. Click the Proceed to login screen link.When you have done this, you will be asked to choose an organisation. Click on University of Nottingham. You will be taken to the Log In screen. Login with your University username and password in the Shibboleth authentication screen.793759398000 You will then be taken to the home page for your particular Campus.Searching for PapersYou will now be taken to your home page.The home screen contains a simple search box, highlighted in red. The home screen displays some legal notices and a list of recently added papers.Simply type in some words from the title of the paper or the module code and click Go. This will show a search results page (if there are any papers meeting the criteria):Click on the title of the paper for which you want to display details.This shows the ‘metadata’ associated with each Exam Paper, such as Title, Campus, Exam paper code etc. The leftmost link (as indicated in red) is a direct link to the paper itself.Click this to display the paper in your browser.The paper can then be read on screen and\or downloaded.Test 3 - Advanced SearchingThe most productive fields to search on areTitleModule code (or Campus Solutions)Saturn Module CodePaper CodeYearLevelSemesterCurrently, entering a search string will search every field.
