Key accountabilities/primary responsibilities% TimeDesign, develop, embed and deliver highly effective Microsoft O365 end-user training solutions for approximately 4000 employees. Define the most appropriate methods for delivering 0365 training to meet University requirements.Work closely with Faculties and Professional Services to understand O365 training requirements and facilitate/deliver their 0365 learning Monitor and evaluate success of O365 training deliveryDevelop networks to promote the value of improving use of O365 and value of O365 training ad hoc support for other initiatives such as One60%Create, source and maintain an approved O365 training presentation, handouts, and any other required training and support materials. Ensure a successful, consistent and continually improving delivery of O365 learning and knowledgeIdentify and develop other means through which O365 knowledge can be captured and managedCo-ordinate the dissemination communication materials for O365 training20%Work with O365 Project Manager, ITT& D Lead and designated department/unit leads to schedule and target appropriate training.10%Provide training support as required for other initiatives and projects such as One Web, Mediabin replacement, and transition for Sitepublisher and Content Owners workshops5%Any other duties as required by the Executive Director of iSolutions or line manager following consultation with the post holder.5%Internal and external relationshipsThe post holder will work as part of an integrated team and will be expected to adopt priorities and engage in activities that promote the effective working of the whole team.Internal: The post holder will work closely with:Technical specialists in teams across iSolutions Academic staff at all levels across the organisation Professional Services and Faculty colleagues and students across the University.Special RequirementsPERSON SPECIFICATIONCriteriaEssentialDesirableHow to be assessedQualifications, knowledge and experienceSkill level equivalent to achievement of Bachelor’s degreeExperience in a similar IT learning role and supporting technology enhanced learning design. Successful track record of delivering end-user training for large scale technology initiativesMust have an excellent, broad-based knowledge and understanding of Microsoft O365 cloud products.
