What is MyLearningPlan?

(also referred to as MLP)

MyLearningPlan (MLP) is LCPS¡¯ web-based professional learning

management and evaluation system.

MLP Tools

This tool allows teachers, principals, district administrators, and

support staff to create, manage, and access individual professional

development plans, courses, workshops, portfolios, and transcripts.

Collaboration

MLP contains discussion forums, bulletin boards and log forms to

empower teams with additional common planning time and targeted

collaboration.

Catalog

Users can browse the online catalog of Professional Development

opportunities using the search and calendar view 24/7 from any

location with an internet connection.
