This is FTI Consulting, Inc.¡¯s (¡°FTI¡±) Monthly Staffing and Compensation Report (the

¡°Staffing Report¡±) for the period October 27, 2020 through November 30, 2020 (the ¡°Fee

Period¡±).

This Staffing Report is filed pursuant to the Order Authorizing the Debtor to (I) Employ

and Retain FTI Consulting, Inc. to Provide the Debtor a Chief Restructuring Officer, Deputy

Chief Restructuring Officer, and Certain Additional Personnel and (II) Designate (A) Daniel P.

Wikel as Chief Restructuring Officer and (B) Lee Sweigart as Deputy Chief Restructuring Officer

for the Debtor Effective as of the Petition Date [Docket No. 141] (the ¡°Retention Order¡±).

COMPENSATION

FTI seeks compensation for services rendered during the Fee Period in the amount of

$595,635.60. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is the Summary of FTI Consulting, Inc. Fees.

Attached hereto as Exhibit B is the Summary of FTI Consulting, Inc. Professional Fees for

Services Rendered by Professional. Attached hereto as Exhibit C is the Summary of FTI

Consulting, Inc. Professional Fees for Services Rendered by Task Category and Professional.

EXPENSES

FTI has not incurred any expenses for which reimbursement will be sought during the

Fee Period.

Pursuant to the Retention Order, FTI files the Staffing Report listing the compensation

earned by FTI during the Fee Period in the amount of $595,635.60 and reimbursement of

expenses in the amount of $0.00, for a total amount of $595,635.60.
