Job Title: Digital Change & Release Manager/Analyst Reporting to: Head of IT & DigitalLocation: Remote due to Covid-19Salary Range/Freelance/Contract rate: On ApplicationJob DescriptionBackground: Pb’s digital offering has expanded rapidly this year and we are now looking for a self-motivated change and release manager to ensure we are adhering to best practise in the delivery of these offerings. We are looking for someone to join to team to review our current release process and ensure it continues to be compliant, effective and secure. Job Purpose: You will be responsible for managing the release schedule to ensure the tight client deadlines are met, that event producers are informed and understand the process and timescales, and that the digital team have the required information to ensure products are released to the required security and compliance levels. Main Duties: To manage, evolve and improve the release process for our digital offerings Working with our Head of IT & Digital to ensure that all offerings are secure, compliant, and relevant for each project. To work with other departments throughout the business that are developing virtual offerings to ensure they understand best practice for change and release management and to help them design & implement a process to support this. Ensure that all digital releases meet with the client’s security requirements and deadlinesMaintain a good understanding of the company’s client service agreements to ensure adherence. Have a good knowledge of GDPR, PESC regulations and the ability to communicate these regulations clearly to other areas of the business. To clearly communicate with Event and Digital producers to ensure a smooth release process.
