The scale below is used for the content areas of reading, writing, math, science and social studies:

The scale below is used for the responsibility for learning and social development section:

Consistently exhibits appropriate skill/behavior Sometimes exhibits appropriate skill/behavior Seldom exhibits appropriate skill/behavior

2nd Grade

The scale below is used for reading, writing, math, science, social studies and unified arts:

E= Excellent S= Satisfactory P= Progressing N= Needs Improving N/A = Not Assessed

The scale below is used for the responsibility for learning and responsibility for behavior section:

1= Consistently 2= Sometimes 3= Seldom
