Message from the Superintendent

Dear Families and Friends of Cincinnati Public Schools,

Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!

We're excited to continue the momentum of "Destination Cincinnati," an initiative designed to prepare the next generation of leaders who will help make our city one of the top places for families and businesses. Our strategic investments will ensure that our students are ready for the real world and are prepared to succeed in careers that will lead our region in job growth.

This year, we're launching our new strategic plan focused on student-centered decision-making, health and safety, community engagement, better systems, and unprecedented growth. The goal is for all students to start here and go far through high-quality preschool programs; innovative academic experiences in our elementary schools; career exploration experiences in high school; and pathways to higher education, military enlistment and thriving careers.

As always, we count on our families and community partners to be vital contributors to our students' success. Together, we are Cincinnati Public Schools, working for a great cause ? our children's futures. Regards,
