Awards are good for one academic year, which begins in summer and ends in spring.

SUMMER SEMESTER 2019

The start of the 2019-2020 academic year. First day of work for students starting the year summer term. In order to work, continuouslyenrolled students must have a new 2019-2020 award.

Summer commencement August 4. Last day of work for summer semester graduates only.

AUTUMN SEMESTER 2019

First day of work for students starting the year autumn semester.

2020-2021 FAFSA available; remind your students to reapply! Priority date to apply for all financial aid programs for the 2020-2021 academic year. Autumn commencement December 15. Last day of work for autumn semester graduates only.

SPRING SEMESTER 2020

First day of work for students starting the year spring semester

Last day students with a 2019-2020 FWS award can view jobs on the FWS job board Spring commencement May 3. The end of the 2019-2020 academic year. Last day of work for all students working spring semester.
