The Elyria City School District is seeking a Treasurer/CFO with proven professional expertise and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with the Board, administrators, staff and community. The Treasurer/CFO will oversee all financial operations of the district ethically and with the utmost integrity and transparency.

The candidate must be an experienced school Treasurer with practical knowledge of school levies and bond issues. Assistant Treasurers will be given consideration if they are experienced in the financial dealings of large school districts.

Elyria City School District is an urban district of nearly 6,400 students in a community of 55,000 residents. Successful candidates will have experience with day-to-day finances of large school districts, construction projects and administration of federal grants and all aspects of local, state and federal funding.

Compensation and terms will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications.
