This annual Reporting Requirements Document is to assist school administrators with due dates for the 20192020 school year. Revisions will be made throughout the year as needed.

All required reports and forms referenced in this document can be accessed via Single Sign On, The Wave online, and/or the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) website.

Please contact the program office responsible for the report regarding any questions. If a reporting deadline falls on a weekend, the official due date will be the following business day.
