Instructions for EBO Login with ID for Consultants working for Local Sponsors

All EBO Users are required to access EBO through ID. Once you login to EBO with ID, you will then be prompted to enter one of the EBO Logins (username and password) issued to you by the Local Sponsors for whom you consult. It is important to maintain your ID and your EBO passwords for all the Local Sponsors who have issued you EBO Logins. Requests for EBO password resets should be directed to the Responsible Local Officials (RLOs).

Follow these steps to login to EBO with your ID. 1. Open EBO, . 2. Click on the External Consultant Login button.

3. Login with ID.

4. The EBO start page opens. 5. Click on the Click Here to Start button.

6. The Acceptable Use Agreement opens. Click on the OK button.

7. Login with one of your EBO usernames and passwords, issued by a Local Sponsor.

8. EBO opens.

Tips 1. If you forget your ID username or password, go to . Click on Username or Password and follow the prompts.

2. If you forget one of your Sponsor issued EBO usernames and passwords, please contact the sponsor that issued your initial username and password.

3. When logging into EBO through ID, if it takes multiple attempts to enter your ID username and password and EBO does not open directly, then you might see one of these pages:

If you see either of these messages. then open in a new browser tab. If your ID is not detected, EBO will prompt you to login with ID again.
