• You will memorize approximately one minute of this speech. Make sure where you begin and end is logical. You may cut sections from the middle of your speech as long as it transitions smoothly.

• The section you choose must have at least one of the rhetorical devices that we studied.

• Copy and paste the part of the speech you choose to a Microsoft Word document. When you past, choose “paste special” and select “unformatted text.”

• Your word count should be approximately 150 – 200 words.

• You will write a brief introduction for this speech. You will receive instructions for how to do this later.
