Assist in the use of data to measure, refine and constantly improve upon all activities. Key accountabilities/primary responsibilities% TimeTo support the Doctoral College Manager in the implementation and maintenance of digital marketing and communication activities for the Doctoral College, this will include internal communications and online campaigns (emails, social and web).Contribute ideas to develop the Doctoral College campaign utilising digital tools and channels. Support the Doctoral College Manager using strong digital writing and editing skills, ensuring the timely delivery of all content required to carry out agreed activities. Deputise for the Doctoral College Manager at the Doctoral College campaign working group, ensuring the group is proactively updated with progress on digital activities. 25 %Using strong digital writing and editing skills to maintain the content of the Doctoral College website and support the Doctoral College Manager produce internal communications and staff guidance notes for publication on the website.Proactively put forward ideas to develop the Doctoral College website.Carry out constant evaluation of the external communications landscape, identifying innovative solutions for implementation to the Doctoral College’s website.25 %To support the implementation of the Doctoral College campaign visual identity and assist colleagues in its integration across the centrally and locally managed digital channels.5 %To work with the Doctoral College Manager to implement online advertising plans for corporate Campaigns.
