US Bank Access Online Web-Based Training

The US Bank Access Online Web-Based Training Course is hosted outside of the eLMS environment. These directions are provided to you for your convenience and will direct you how to access the US Bank site and login to the course. You may find it easier to print these directions out for reference.

To access the US Bank Training website, you are required to enter a password. These passwords are available at

Depending on your role within the purchase card program, US Bank tailors the training to your specific needs. Once at the site above, note the password that relates to you current or desired role.

Go to the US Bank Access Online Web-Based Training website:

If you are a new user, select the "Register a new account" link in the middle of the website. Enter your name, e-mail address, desired personal password (something unique and not the password retrieved above) and the Organizational Short Name (DOT). Also enter an authentication answer you can provide if you forget your password, and select the appropriate user type:

Once you select register and return to the login page, enter your user name (your e-mail address), personal password, and the password retrieved from the FAA site above. Once the fields are complete, select "Go" and begin the course.

Upon completion of the training, you must print a certificate of completion and submit that certificate to your training coordinator. The training coordinator will record the training into your eLMS learning history.
