CSEA, Union Plus, and Eastern Gateway Community College are offering the chance to earn an Associate degree online from an accredited school with no out-of-pocket expense.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

? CSEA Members ? Retired CSEA Members ? Family of CSEA Members, including children, spouses,

grandchildren, domestic partners, and more.

Note: Your family members, including children and grandchildren, do NOT need to be your financial dependents or living with you to qualify for this benefit.

THERE ARE ZERO OUT OF POCKET COSTS ? REALLY! What is called a "last-dollar scholarship" provided by Eastern Gateway Community College covers the difference between any federal grants and your tuition, books, fees, and e-books.

Note: Every person must fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine federal grant awards. However, even if you are not eligible for any federal grants, the last dollar scholarship will cover all tuition, books, fees, and e-books.

CSEA and Central State University are offering the chance to earn a Bachelor's degree online from at an accredited university at a low-cost.

Enroll anytime. Classes start every 8 weeks.

HOW DOES THE FINANCIAL SIDE WORK? Each student will complete the FAFSA, apply any grants to their account, and then will have access to an additional "CSEA Student Success Grant (CSSG). The most a student will have in annual out of pocket costs is $4,500, for many it will be significantly less, and for some, the out of pocket costs are expected to be zero. E-textbooks and fees are included in the out-of-pocket maximum.

Students who have not yet earned an Associate degree will complete this first through the CSEA Free College program. There are no out of pocket costs to earn an Associate degree.
