A. Authorized Personnel. These regulation changes are issued for all Uniformed Service Members and DoD Civilian Employees.

B. New Regulation Changes. Material new to this change is indicated by yellow highlighting and is effective IAW the date of this change unless otherwise indicated.

C. Applicable MAP and/or CAP Items and Brief of Revisions. This change includes all material and revisions written in the following MAP and/or CAP Items:

MAP 17-21(I) ? Clarify When Administrative Weight Limitations are not Applicable. Revises the JTR, paragraph 051402-B3. This item adds clarifying language to be consistent with JTR supplement Administrative Household Goods (HHG) Weight Allowance Locations.

CAP 19-21(E) ? Clarify SIT Extension Request Submission Requirements. Edits the JTR, par. 054307 to add more detail regarding the documentation that is required for an SIT extension request. This item also establishes the "Storage in Transit Extension Request" submission form, which must be submitted with the extension request package.

MAP/CAP 23-21(I) ? Miscellaneous Corrections. Corrects miscellaneous minor errors throughout the

JTR. Affects section 0329.
