Biographical Sketch
Anthony J. Bilotti, Ph.D., M.P.H.
Anthony Bilotti is Co-Director of the Emergency Management and Continuity Planning certificate program and Adjunct Assistant Professor in the School of Public Health, the University of Illinois at Chicago. The online, graduate-level courses were initiated in 2006, in conjunction with the College of Business Administration. He is and a member of the development team preparing training courses for health professionals in the detection and characterization of bio-terrorism attacks, in conjunction with Argonne National Laboratory.
He has provided consultation to government and private sector clients in the planning and development of health and environmental assessment initiatives and training curricula. He also serves as Chairman, Readiness and Homeland Security Committee of the Lake Michigan Post, Society of American Military Engineers.
