HOW TO SET UP THE ILLUMINATE PARENT PORTAL FOR ACCESS TO THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORMS

Illuminate is the district's online grading and attendance system. Through Illuminate, you have real-time access to your student's grades, attendance, assignments, and more!

To access the Parent Portal:

1) Go to adams. 2) Click on the Parents tab and choose Illuminate--Login. 3) If you are have used the Parent Portal before, you may login as usual. 4) However, if you have not used the Parent Portal, please refer to the email sent by Kathy McGrath with login information or call the office for assistance beginning August 15th. 5) Once you are logged in, you will find the Forms link on the left side of the portal menu. 6) Click Fill It Out next to the form name and enter all necessary information on every page until you reach the end. Then click Save and Submit.

NOTE: When you are finished and have submitted your completed forms, the "Fill it Out" link will change to "Ready for Review."

COMPLETE THE PROCESS AT `Pick-Up-Your-Stuff' Day

Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!

We trust you will find it easy to complete the online registration process from your home, office, or vacation spot.

We have important documents and information for our families within online registration. Please be sure to read, review, and discuss all the materials with your student.

August 15th is `Pick-Up-Your-Stuff' Day, formerly known as registration. While it is important for students to attend this day, we understand some families are on vacation in August. If this is your situation, do not worry. We will make sure your child has everything they need to learn on the first day of school.

Know your generosity and support make a huge difference in the educational experiences of ALL our students. Be a difference maker! Donate to JAMS PTSA and the Santa Monica Ed Foundation through the online registration process!

Review important information, complete your registration forms, make purchases and donations beginning Monday, July 29th through Illuminate.

Go to the Illuminate Parent Portal through our website, adams., to get started! If you have not activated the parent portal, see the back of this brochure for information on how to gain access.

If you do not have internet access or would like assistance with online registration, please call the school or email us at jamsregistration@. The office staff will be back on August 15th.

If you DO NOT complete the online portion of registration prior to `Pick-Up-Your-Stuff' Day, you must begin in the computer lab.

This will increase the amount of time spent at JAMS on August 15th.
