2020 Summer School Enrichment Program

Grades 9-12

The Warren County School District is excited to be able to offer summer school this year. We will be offering summer school courses online. All courses are for students to work through curriculum. Students will not receive a grade or credit for coursework. However, feedback will be given on work completed. Transportation is NOT provided since all coursework is online and can be accessed from home or anywhere there is a high-speed internet connection. Classes start June 11, 2020 for all courses. All High School enrichment courses will be available until August 12, 2020. There are no extensions.

All students that have NOT taken an online course will need to complete an orientation. Please mark this on your registration form. Online orientations (via Zoom) will be scheduled when registration has been made. Any questions regarding online courses or summer school can be referred to the Virtual Academy at 723-0574.

Any student wanting a course for “Enrichment” purposes, such as reviewing content (no credit, no grade), please identify which semester you want to work on. There is no cost for enrichment courses this year due to the COVID pandemic. In order to take an enrichment course, the student had to be enrolled in the course during the 19-20 school year.

Office Hours

Office hours will be set and posted by the instructor of the course. This will occur on average one hour weekly. The instructor will meet with any student who needs additional help through online office hours posted within the announcements of the course. Instructors will be able to assist students through virtual Zoom conferencing if needed.

Transportation

No transportation will be provided since all courses are taken virtually.
