I swear the information provided to the Metis Nation of Ontario (MNO) in relation to my application for a MNO Harvester's Card is true. I agree to participate in the Metis harvest in accordance with the Metis Nation of Ontario's Harvesting Policy. As a result, I will be within terms of the MNO's Harvesting Agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) and the MNR's Interim Enforcement Policy will be applied to me (i.e. no charges). Further, I will be fully supported by the MNO should an incident arise within these circumstances. I understand that if I am harvesting outside the terms and obligations of the MNO's Harvester's Policy or have provided false or misleading information in my application for Harvester's Card, I will be outside of the MNO's Harvesting Agreement with the MNR and if I am charged, the MNO will be under no obligation to provide support or assistance to me.
