In advance of doing so, CLC is currently inviting Algonquin businesses with expertise in any one of the disciplines outlined below, to become prequalified for an invitation to participate in the relevant process. Interested Algonquin businesses must contact Erin Forzley, Project Coordinator, Real Estate, National Capital Region, CLC (contact details provided below) to determine if they meet the prequalification requirements of a specific opportunity. If so, that business would then be formally invited to participate in the respective process once it has been initiated by CLC. DISCIPLINESRFP for BrokerageThe objective for this RFP is to retain a consultant to provide CLC with general real estate advisory services, develop a disposition strategy and marketing plan and provide broker representation for the sale of the next phase to be released at Wateridge Village. RFP for Public Art ConsultantThe primary objective for this RFP is to retain a consultant to assist CLC in the planning and execution of a public art competition for the Wateridge Village Community Gateways, including (but not limited to) assisting with jury composition, distribution of the budget, timing, proposing methodology for the Public Art Competition process, prepare the draft call for proposals, creating a list of artists to be invited, and administering the Public Art Competition process.The consultant will also oversee the commissioning, design, and installation of Public Art Work(s) for the Wateridge Village gateways, in coordination with CLC.RFQ for Market Analysis The primary objective for this RFP is to retain a consultant to assist CLC in the background research and analysis required to prepare a Market Characteristics Memo, which will include (but not be limited to) an evaluation of historic, current and forecast population and demographics, review existing housing stock within the local area, review and assess market information related to recent market activity in order to inform CLC’s phasing and marketing strategy for the National Capital Region properties.CONTACT DETAILSInterested Algonquin businesses with expertise in any one of the above-noted areas are invited to contact Katherine Constantine to determine if they meet the requirements to be pre-qualified for an invitation to participate in the relevant process no later than 12 noon on Tuesday July 21, 2020.
