In the BBC One drama Secrets and words, Valerie goes for a job interview at a chemist. Ray gives her the job, not knowing she can't read the prescriptions.
In an interview, you will be asked both `open' and `closed' questions. Open questions require a longer answer. For example: `Tell me about your last job.' Closed questions require a shorter, specific answer. For example: `What is your name?'
