We're looking for a high-energy go-getter who is ready to dig in and own the order management process at our HQ in Pleasanton, CA. You will be a partner to our customers in making sure their orders receive immediate attention and care. You will be a collaborator working with different teams across the company to process orders efficiently. You will also lead efforts to achieve operational excellence in the order management process.

Responsibilities Interface with customers to address order related inquiries such as availability of product, pricing, and fulfilment timing Collaborate with sales, supply chain and customer support teams to resolve order issues such as order status, parts availability, and purchase order terms Gather, review, and organize all documentation related to new orders Process purchase orders in Unchained Lab's ERP (NetSuite) in compliance with our policies and procedures Provide support to sales organization in terms of data requests for customer and order information Ensure accuracy of transactions to maintain reliability in financial reporting Develop and document process improvement solutions to achieve company objectives

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in high tech order management, sales operations or customer service Experience with ERP order management systems. NetSuite experience a plus Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, customer services skills Familiarity with sales contract language and terminology Bachelor's degree preferred Prior start up environment experience desired Ability to solve practical problems and deal with changing variables in uncertain situations Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint), (SFDC)
