Herbal kits include unscented sea salt, scrub, mask, lotion & massage oil bases, dried natural herbs, fragrant essential oils, & easy to follow instructional recipe cards. 1) Soak:

Add 6 drops of essential oil into pedispa tub & soak feet. Optional- Add 6 drops of essential oil in 1 scoop sea salt in pedispa tub & soak feet.

2) Exfoliate: Mix together & apply scrub gel onto feet to exfoliate, leaving the toes,

heel & bottom of feet exposed.

1/2 tsp Herbs

3) Soothe:

Mix together & apply mask over scrub gel & let sit for 10 minutes,

leaving the toes, heel & bottom of feet exposed.

1/2 tsp Herbs

4) Nail Prep: Shape nails & clean up cuticle while the feet are absorbing the

benefits of the scrub & mask.

5) Clean: Wipe off mask & scrub with towel. Rinse with warm water.

6) Massage: Mix together & massage onto feet, use a massage tool if desired.

Wipe feet with hot towel to remove oil after massage.
