(Return to top of page)
AT THE RESORT
You may be anywhere except on the balconies. Get in a room, on the playing
field or at the main building
You can not call home from the room. Bring a cell phone or you will have to
go up to the main building or arrange for parents to call you in your room at
a specified time
Disney has great pizza but you must order it before 10 pm so it can be
delivered before 11 pm (Mr. S gets a slice!)
If a boy and girl are on the same bed, they must have their feet on the
ground (very innocent but later embarrassing pictures have been taken in the
past)
3 main rules: NO RUNNING, NO YELLING, NO SLAMMING DOORS
I suggest you leave a $1 tip for the maid each day to be polite and get fun
towel animals! You should also tip anyone who brings you pizza, towels etc.
Disney has a “quiet” curfew after 10:00 pm and you have an ABSOLUTE curfew to
be in your room at 11:00 pm.
THERE IS NO REASON TO OPEN YOUR DOOR AFTER 11:00 PM!!
BUSES
You must ALWAYS be on time for any bus; otherwise people will have to wait.
Mr. Schlapfer is a maniac about being on time!
Greet your driver each time you enter the bus and say goodbye and thank you
as you leave
(Return to top of page)
AT THE PARKS
You may NOT leave the park at ANY time without telling a sponsor!
Get to as many of the attractions as you can. Don’t get hung up on just a
few!
If you feel sick or lost, call a sponsor or go to a first aid station and
they will call us
Use Fast Pass and single rider lines whenever you can. That will speed up
your wait time!
TRIP DVD AND PIX
Mr. S will be shooting video to make a great 2 hr souvenir you may purchase
for a nominal fee after the trip. Please seek out the camera and try to say
something interesting when the camera is on you. Don’t bury your face and
refuse talk.

BEHAVIOR CONTRACT
(Return to top of page)
As a participant in this trip I agree to abide by the following rules:
I will be respectful of my classmates and all other people I will encounter
on the trip. I understand that rude, racist or sexist comments will reflect
badly on my family, my school and me and I will be punished for saying any of
these.
I PROMISE I WILL BE IN MY ROOM AT 11:00 PM SST (Schlapfer Standard Time) and
will remain in my room until the scheduled wake-up time. I further understand
that sneaking out of my room is equal to doing the same thing at School
(truancy) and I will receive in-house suspension or worse upon returning home
and may be sent home on the next plane for being truant.
I WILL NOT BE A THIEF. I will not shoplift or steal from any place or any
person. I fully understand this will cause me to be sent home on a very
expensive air flight. The Orlando Police, Disney, Sea World, and Universal
security people are very unforgiving and have been known to take even 13yr.
old thieves to jail in downtown Orlando.
I will not use obscene language, wear obscene shirts or engage in public
displays of affection
While sitting on a bed in the motel with someone of the opposite sex, we will
both remain upright with both feet on the ground.
I WILL NOT LEAVE THE MOTEL OR PARKS OR AIRPORT AREAS WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM
MR. SCHLAPFER
Because of rip tides and other dangers, I promise to not go into the ocean
except to go barefoot and let the salt water run up to my knees.
I will not use or possess any tobacco, alcohol or other controlled
substances.
I will not say anything foolish or behave in such a way at the airport that
might cause me to be arrested for making terroristic threats.
I WILL NOT RUN, SHOUT, YELL. SLAM DOORS OR STAND ON THE BALCONY AT THE MOTEL.

I will make every attempt to try to get enough sleep, drink enough water
(before I feel thirsty!), eat enough food so as try to avoid getting sick and
I will wear sensible walking shoes to avoid blisters.
I will not take part in any practical jokes that might cause injury, damage
or personal humiliation to anyone. I will also leave all squirt guns and
other devices at home.
I will not jump on the beds or engage in any other behavior that might cause
me to damage the room. I also will keep the room picked up so as not to leave
a mess for the chamber maids.
I AM NOT A SHEEP! I will take full responsibility for all my actions and will
not blame anyone else for stupid decisions I make. I will not use sentences
like, "All I was doing was...”, "Well my friend told me I could...", "It
wasn't my idea to...” etc.
I understand that bad behavior can cause me to be sent home early on a very
expensive flight.

I have read this contract and agree to its terms.
